I know it seems like I have a new excuse each week about why I don't have a longer column, and trust me, I understand. I wanted to write about a wide variety of subjects this week, from the Bulls slow start to the Jacque Jones trade to Rex's return to the starting lineup. But my laptop died last week and is in the shop, attempting to get fixed (though after almost a dozen trips to the Apple Store, I'm starting to have my doubts on if they actually do anything) and my time at this computer lab is limited. Believe me, next week I will have a long in-depth, pre-Thanksgiving post about something. But until then, you will just have to get by on examining my picks, which seem to be getting worse by the week.
