Product---Jumbo Hot Dogs
Temperature---65 degrees, not much sun
A breakdown of 2005 averages under today’s circumstances:
I made…
$81.45 when the game was on a Tuesday
$84.48 when Glendon Rusch was the Cubs starting pitcher
$80.24 when the temperature was in the 60’s
$80.16 when the Reds were the opponent
$96.28 when I sold jumbo hot dogs
$100.30 when the game’s in April
$88.10 when the Cubs lose
$84.51 when the game starts at 1:20
Today I made $114.75, which is higher then all of these averages. But yet, compared to the weekend Cardinals series, this game seemed like a disappointment. Plus we got our asses kicked, which makes everything disappointing.
Observations:
If he hadn’t gotten hurt, I’m sure that Ken Griffey Jr. would have gone down as one of the top three outfielders of all-time. He still, along with David Ortiz, has one of the nicest swings in all of baseball…I can’t remember a game this early in the year, especially coming off of a weekend sweep, that wasn’t sold out. Yeah, it was a Tuesday afternoon in April, but there still should have been no empty seats in there…”Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” Glendon Rusch should be thinking this over and over in his sleep tonight when recalling giving up homers to Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo two starts in a row…I have class tomorrow, so it will be the first home game of the year I won’t be working. I’ll be back there on Thursday though…Have a happy Passover (if there is such a thing)

You're missing a pretty good game it sounds like - Maddux is shutting down the Reds. Also, that info on the average money that you make is really cool. Do you put all that into a spreadsheet? That's really cool actually, and being the math nerd that I am I think it'd make a tight stats project to see how the money that you made varied based on different circumstances, and if the variance was significant or just the result of random change. Anyways, I'm a dork, but I think it's tight. Keep it crunk, homeboy, and go Cubs.
